If you are not done yet, let’s make sense of what comes next.
Embracing Potential: I'm Not Done Yet
"I'm Not Done Yet" is a community that supports business professionals aged 50 and above. It's all about empowering people in this age group to keep pursuing their goals and dreams, regardless of what society might say about age.
We offer resources, mentorship, and a place where members can connect, share stories, and help each other out.
We aim to celebrate the wisdom and experience that comes with age, showing that there's still so much potential to thrive and make a difference.
Work out what comes next
You may already know that something needs to change. The harder part is often deciding what that change should look like.
INDY offers three practical ways to help you move forward. Choose the one that suits you best.
Start with a downloadable guide
Our PDFs and workbooks help you think things through at your own pace.
They cover subjects such as working differently, finding direction, making better use of your experience and creating a realistic next chapter.
Each one is practical, straightforward and focused on helping you take a useful next step.
Join the INDY community
Working out what comes next doesn’t have to be something you do alone.
The INDY community brings together people who are still working, contributing, experimenting and finding their own way through the next stage of life.
Share experiences, exchange ideas and connect with others who understand that there isn’t one correct way to do retirement, work or life after 50.
Talk it through with Andrew
Sometimes it helps to have a proper conversation.
A Making Sense call gives you an hour to talk through what’s happening, separate what matters from everything else and explore the choices in front of you.
It isn’t coaching, therapy or a sales call. It’s a focused conversation designed to help you leave with greater clarity and a clearer next step.

noun
A person aged over 50 who lives their life on their own terms.
Someone who proclaims “I’m not done yet!”.
NOT DONE YET? NEITHER ARE WE.
People in their fifties and sixties today are not following the old script. We grew up through big cultural and working changes, and life stopped being one straight path. There is no clear rulebook for what this stage should look like now.
Many of us are not slowing down. We are reshaping, mixing purpose with income, trying new things, and letting go of what no longer fits. That is what it means to be an INDY, someone who feels I’m Not Done Yet.
I’m Not Done Yet is for people who want to stay useful, engaged, and purposeful as life moves on, with ideas, support, and practical encouragement to help make life after fifty active and rewarding.
